In a post to Facebook group FDW in Singapore (working conditions forum) another woman, a netizen by the name of Devi Balbuena Sadang Abad, asked the question on behalf of her friend.

A man who claims to be “so in love” with his girlfriend asked for advice on how to become ready to get married.
“I’m so in love with her but I just couldn’t make myself get down on one knee and ask for her hand in marriage,” he wrote on the NUS Whispers Facebook page.
