ST announces 22 percent hike in subscription rate - Investments in quality justifies rate hike it said

In an email to subscribers, The Straits Times chief editor, Warren Fernandez, announced that the publication is hiking its rate by about 22 percent. The editor cited the awards ST received at a digital event and the prize its video series got to claim that its quality has improved. The investments to improve the quality justified the rate increase, he said.
