Minister Heng Swee Keat's wife to become NHB CEO - conflict of interest?

CNA reported that Chang Hwee Nee will be appointed as the new National Heritage Board's (NHB) CEO starting from 1 May. NHB comes under the puriew of MCCY. MCCY says Mdm Chang has a "strong interest in Singapore’s heritage". Mdm Chang is in fact the wife of Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat. She is currently the Deputy Secretary at MND.
